Shipping policy

Shipping will come from directly from us in the UK.

Depending on the shipping method you choose at the check out most options will be within 5-7 working days or 10 days maximum unless you choose a no-rush order, where the shipping time is longer.

There is a lead time stated at check out with estimated dates of when you will receive your order, this includes our processing time of the order before it is actually dispatched.Shipping from the United Kingdom is done through Royal Mail 2nd Class or 48hr Tracked and delivery is between 2-3 working days.

 

We currently do no ship to the EU.

 

International Shipping (US Only)
5-10 business days Tracked or 10-20 business days on economy shipping.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the UK may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as the customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

We try to ensure all items are shipped together, if this is not possible you will be notified and the extra cost for the shipping would be covered by us.
